◆For the "grilled fugu", please choose your sauce from among [ponzu sauce], [moromi soy sauce], or [tsukezanmai (Japanese soy sauce, salted garlic, sweet and spicy miso)].

●Each course comes with a side dish of deliciously aged tiger pufferfish, boiled and prepared using our own unique techniques.

●Since wild tiger pufferfish is rare, we may only be able to serve it by reservation.
